East-Can Equipment Sales is dedicated to providing our dealer network with products of outstanding quality, and we maintain a fully stocked parts department which ensures timely parts delivery to our dealers. We have been in the agriculture industry for over 25 years and continue to offer our know-how, expertise and product knowledge. Building valuable relationships with our Dealers is our top priority and by providing services such as assembly and machinery startups, we believe that we facilitate the process of getting the best equipment to the end user.

Parts Availability

We have a fully stocked parts warehouse located in Eastern Ontario and provide timely delivery services .

Machinery Assembly

We assemble most of the equipment we represent which provides our Dealers with machinery that is assembled and ready for pickup.

Machinery Startups/Demos

We are always available to assist our Dealers with machinery startups or demos and are happy to share our knowledge and expertise for the equipment we represent.

Who do I contact to order parts?

Russ Gagne is our full-time Warehouse & Parts Manager who will happily assist our Dealers with parts orders or any parts related questions. He can be reached by email: parts@east-can.com or by phone 1-613-525-3162.
Who do I contact for sales and wholegoods related questions?

Luc and Anthony Legroulx are readily available to assist you with any questions pertaining to sales of wholegoods.
What is the process for becoming a dealer?

Complete the New Dealer Signup Form. We will contact you shortly after.
Do you have a dealer portal?

The manufactures we represent each have their own portals that dealers will have access to.
If assistance is required for demos and startups, will East-Can assist us?

Yes, we are readily available to assist our dealers with demos and startups.
Since most of the manufactures you represent are from Europe or the United States, how will I get my parts in a timely fashion?

East-Can stocks a large quantity of parts at their warehouse in Apple Hill and are also able to have parts expedited from Europe or the United States if we don’t have them in stock.
Where are the machines assembled?

Equipment is unloaded from containers and assembled in our assembly warehouse in Apple Hill, Ontario.
Where are the brands you represent from?

SaMASZ is manufactured in Poland, Farmet is manufactured in Czechia, Haybuster is manufactured in the United States and Strautmann is manufactured in Germany.
What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.
